Looking for help. ...not 'officially' widowed...but living like it.

Is there a place where someone who is living as a widow (but they still have a living spouse) might find compassion, understanding and companionship? My cousin is only 55. Her husband has advanced progressive MS and has very little quality of life. He can do very little independently. She is his full time caregiver. He goes to sleep every evening at 6 or 6:30.
