- My husband passed away almost 6 years ago. I have one child in college and one about to graduate high school. I am very involved with my children and will not enter into any relationship or friendship that will hinder my relationship with my kids. I am interested in starting with friendship and seeing where it all goes. I am not really conservative or orthodox. I am somewhere in between. I like to say that I am a traditional Jew. I am a zionist and have been to Israel 13 times. I guess that that is enough for right now.

My children are just a little older than yours, 23 and 26 at this point. I can understand very well how you do not want interference going on between you and your children. I wouldn't want it either.
